Member : 50 $ plus taxes

Non-member : 75 $ plus taxes
(3,75 $ + 7,48 $ = 86,23 $)

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reimbursement of the registration fee will be granted upon receipt of a written notice sent to the ACCQ by email at info@accq.qc.ca five (5) working days before the activity begins. In the event of a cancellation received by email after this time period, the participant will be refunded the registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee. If the participant is unable to comply with this cancellation policy, the Association will have to charge the full registration fee. A substitution of participants will be accepted.

OVERVIEW

Performance feedback should be constructive, focused and to the point. Effective feedback can resolve conflicts, overcome problems and improve individual and team morale. If you are skilled at giving effective feedback, your team will be more motivated, which leads to better performance.

This webinar will be an opportunity for managers to meet with colleagues from other colleges and share best practices in managing people at a distance. The discussion will focus on the following topics:

1)    Perceptions of coaching at a distance
2)    Basics of the D.E.S.C model for coaching for performance
3)    Challenges and best practices for coaching people at a distance
