CANCELLATION TERMS

Any request to cancel a registration must be made by email to info@accq.qc.ca or by phone at 418-877-1500, ext. 206 no later than 5 working days before the date of the training for a refund of registration fees.

In the event of non-compliance with the 5 working day deadline, no refund will be made. The fact of not participating in the training session without having canceled his registration beforehand does not in any way release the participant from the obligation to pay the required fees.

Substitution for a session by another participant is accepted by notifying the Association in writing or by telephone before the training session is held.

We reserve the right to cancel the training session in the event of an insufficient number of registrations. Registrants will then be reimbursed, if applicable.

PROGRAM

DESCRIPTION

This dynamic and interactive training introduces you to situational leadership theory in an engaging and informative way. Learning is fast, rich in content and presents concepts in a coherent manner. Each participant has access to a personal learning portal prior to the training, allowing them to access reference tools. An online questionnaire must be completed before the activity in order to maximize learning.

SPEAKER : Charles Flageole, MA

In addition to a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Ottawa, Mr. Flageole holds a master’s degree in arts from Concordia University in Montreal. For more than 25 years, he worked in the federal public service in human resources management. As a training and organizational development specialist, he has trained numerous managers in performance management, coaching and leadership. Since 2016, Mr. Flageole has been employed by the Cégep de la Gaspésie et des Îles and is a member of the « Comité des affaires professionnelles de l’ACCQ » since 2018.
